3.1 14-Day Quality Check
We want you to feel confident in your glamour. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or the incorrect design, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. We offer exchanges or store credit for items in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all hygiene seals intact.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Nail Kits: Any press-on nails where the adhesive or packaging has been tampered with.
- Used Stickers: Body or nail stickers that have been partially applied or removed from their backing.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during “Festive Glam” flash sales.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds for defective items are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after our quality control team in Pakistan verifies the return at our distribution hub.
